We are observing network connectivity issues on Cloud 9 (USA).

We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Customers who are on Cloud 9 may be experiencing very slow loading speeds on their website.

  • The team have resolved this issue.

    For security reasons, a full report will not be made on this incident.

  • Our engineers have identified the issue, and expect the resolution time to take a approximately 20 minutes.

  • Cloud 9 is now fully offline. Our on-call emergency engineers have been alerted of this.

  • Our team have found that some websites on Cloud 9 are now offline.

    We have escalated this incident to a Partial Outage.
